Apple Cinnamon Scones **
Apple Cinnamon Scones are one of those scones that can be made year round, but there is something nostalgic about making these in the Fall when the apples are bright and crisp on the trees, and the smell of Fall is crisp in the air as you go apple picking.
These scones are stuffed with our own apples when we have a good growing year - if our apples don’t look good, then I pick them at local farms - and laden with warm, sweet spices. Finished off with a sprinkle of sparkling sugar, these are as lovely as they are scrumptious.
