Maple Cinnamon Granola

from $27.00

Maple is a year round flavor, adding a subtle, natural sweetness to anything.

Although, somewhere along the way, some ill-informed foodie decided maple was a Fall flavor. And shame on them for that faux pas. Because in New England, maple undoubtedly has a season, and that is in early SPRING when the blue collection lines drape from maple tree to maple tree along all the byways in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. The cold nights and warming days are perfect to get the sap flowing so the sugaring season can begin. With chimneys billowing, the sap is boiled down, and liquid gold, otherwise known as maple syrup, is created.

And this liquid gold - aka maple syrup - is what naturally sweetens my Maple Cinnamon Granola. Healthy isn’t often a word I associate with my delicious baked goods - I mean indulgence should be a part of life - but my granolas are all hearty, heathy, and naturally sweetened. This Maple Cinnamon Granola is a nod to a simple granola, dressed only with a few pecans and a dash of dried fruit, but it’s subtle maple flavor and sweet spicy cinnamon make this something that will simply bring a smile to whenever you eat it and however you indulge with it - throw it in some yogurt in the morning, grab a handful as a snack, or health up your nightly dish of ice cream with it.

Honestly, you can feel good about yourself when you eat granola because it’s so healthy, right??

This can be made without the nuts and fruit, but then, why?? They truly add such delicious flavor and texture to the overall profile!

You’ll receive two larger bags of granola, weighing approximately 2 lbs
