Queen Bee’s Concord Grape Jelly **

How do you make killer Concord Grape Jelly that will forever more make store brands seem gross?

Step 1: grow and harvest your own Concord grapes. Most often, I allow the grapes to go through a mild frost and the grapes are slightly sweeter because of it (see grapes on vine image).

Step 2: Employ your children to go harvest grapes. They must earn their keep somehow.

Step 3: Deftly sieve the seedy grape pulp and skin, collecting only the juice and minimal sediment, and proceed to make the world’s best Concord Grape Jelly.

It’s called Queen Bee’s because it’s truly fit for a Queen (or King)  

I challenge you to compare my 3 simple ingredients- grapes, real sugar, and pectin - to some of the best known supermarket brands. Sure, you can buy nothing short of a tub of some well known brands for $3. But please think about this for a moment...a 32oz tub for $3.

There are no machines that go into making my jams, jellies, and marmalades. Each batch of grapes is hand-picked at the peak of ripeness, each batch of jelly is made in singular batches by hand, and canned with love for an almost by-gone art.

I promise you, you will smell and taste an incredible difference in this grape jelly. And once you taste this grape goodness, you will NEVER go back to store-bought grape jelly again.
